Quality
Because of the colour shift as the ink is
absorbed into the surface of the substrate, it is not always possible to
match colours accurately. We use colour profiles provided by the ink
manufacture specific to the printer and paper stock used for printing our
products. While these will match colours reasonably well we cannot guarantee
an exact match. We do not provide a colour matching service for one-off
items as this would be prohibitively expensive. For larger runs printed with
the same image, we would be happy to quote for this additional service and
we will provide a sample to ensure the customer is satisfied with the
finished product The quality of the print is also dependent on the quality
of the image, and we will not accept responsibility for products printed
from poor quality images supplied by the customer. All our products are hand
printed and, as such, are subject to minor variations in colour and
positioning on the substrate.
Artwork
Artwork may be supplied on disk (CD or 1.44Mb
floppy disk) or sent by email. All photographic and scanned images should be
high resolution (300dpi minimum) .tif, .gif or .jpg files. Artwork to be
emailed
should be compressed as ZIP format.
Proofs
Using your artwork a proof will be printed and
emailed to you for approval prior to production. For large orders, a sample
product will be printed. If you require the artwork modifying, or the proof
has to be remade for any reason, additional charges may apply.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are
subject to change without notice except where an order has been accepted by
Creative Photo Gifts. Payment may be made by cheque or on line by credit
card. Small orders must be paid for in advance, and for large orders special
payment terms will apply as set out in the quotation, or otherwise agreed
with the customer.
Delivery
Please allow 10 days from receipt of order for
delivery. Small orders are generally delivered by Royal Mail. For larger
orders we may use a commercial carrier at our discretion. All goods are
insured while in transit, and the customer must report damaged goods to us
within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
At our discretion, faulty or damaged goods must
be returned to us and we will pay the return delivery charges. As the
products are individually personalised for each customer we are unable to
provide refunds, only replacement goods. We will not replace any goods in
the situation where the print is of poor quality as a result of a poor
quality image provided by the customer
Copyright
Creative Photo Gifts reproduces customer’s
images in good faith and will not knowingly infringe upon copyright laws.
The customer warrants that he owns the copyright of all images sent to us
for reproduction and indemnifies Creative Photo Gifts against any claims
whatsoever from third parties arising out of the use of such images. |
